Cancellation Policy: Bookings cancelled up to 4 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds are available for bookings cancelled 2 days or less prior to arrival. No refunds are available for bookings cancelled for up to 14 days prior to arrival in the Xmas / New year period (25th December to 5th January).
